Welcome to our Delivery Policy Page

Transport Method: All units are moved via professional driveaway service. This means vehicles are driven from the point of origin to the destination by a qualified, licensed driver under the vehicle's own power.
 

Estimated Timelines: Because we operate in strict compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) Hours of Service safety regulations, delivery times vary based on mileage, route complexity, and driver availability. While every job is unique, most deliveries are completed within 3 to 14 business days of pickup.
 

Fulfillment & Proof of Delivery: A Bill of Lading (BOL) is utilized for every transport. The service is officially deemed "Fulfilled" once the unit reaches the designated destination and the BOL is signed by the receiving party. This signed document serves as the final proof of service.
 

Pricing & Service Terms: Rates are provided via a custom quote based on the specific requirements of each move. Total costs and specific service terms are detailed in the New Customer Form accepted by the customer during our onboarding process.
