These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Trusted Truck Transport LLC website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”).

This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Trusted Truck Transport LLC (“Trusted Truck Transport”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services.

By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Trusted Truck Transport LLC, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

SMS Communications

Introduction
By accessing or using our Services, including receiving SMS communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not engage with our Services.

Consent for SMS Communication
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS communications from Trusted Truck Transport LLC. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. However, we may share hashed, encrypted data with service providers (such as Meta or Google) to perform advertising services on our behalf, such as reaching people with similar interests to our existing community. Consent is not a condition of employment or the purchase of any services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages, you may receive SMS communications related to:
Dispatch updates, load confirmations, and delivery details.
Invoices, payment reminders, and account updates.
Logistics coordination, compliance, and dispatch updates.
Recruitment updates, application status, and onboarding coordination for Driver Applicants.

Lead Generation & Third-Party Platforms
We collect information through website forms and third-party platforms (including Meta and Google Ads).

Driver Recruitment: By submitting a lead form for a driver position, you consent to being contacted for recruitment and qualification purposes.
Quote Requests: By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted regarding logistics services and pricing. You represent that you are the authorized user of the contact information provided and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Standard Messaging Disclosures
Message Frequency: Frequency of messages may vary depending on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile service provider.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the details below.

Services Provided

Trusted Truck Transport LLC provides truck and trailer relocation and driveaway logistics services. We arrange for licensed drivers to transport trucks, trailers and

specialty class A vehicles from a designated pick-up location to a delivery location. We are not a freight broker but a provider of driveaway logistics.

Service Fulfillment & Delivery

A service is deemed "fulfilled" and "delivered" once the vehicle has reached the designated delivery location and the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt has been

signed. Any disputes regarding the condition of the vehicle or the quality of the relocation must be noted at the time of delivery.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the Client. Quotes are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust the final invoice if:

The actual mileage differs significantly from the initial route.
The vehicle requires unexpected mechanical repairs or roadside assistance.
The vehicle specifications, condition, or requirements differ from the information provided during the inquiry and quoting process.
The pick-up or delivery locations are changed by the Client.
The vehicle is not a standard class 8 tractor.

Payment Terms

Invoicing: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received in full prior to the final delivery of the vehicle.
Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers (ACH/Wire), and approved company checks.
Additional Charges: The final invoice may include applicable fees for tolls, permits, fuel surcharges, or breakdown repairs as detailed in your specific quote.
Late Fees: Past due invoices may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month

Secure Processing

All credit card transactions are processed through Wix Payments, a secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party processor.

We do not store your full financial data on our servers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to our dispatch team via email at accounting@trustedtrucking.com or by calling +1 (855) 468-8881.

More than 24 Hours Notice: No cancellation fees; full refund to original payment method.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: Will be subject to a strictly enforced $150 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
After Dispatch: Will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.

Although the Website and Services may link to other resources (such as websites, mobile applications, etc.), we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked resource, unless specifically stated herein. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and

we do not warrant the offerings of, any businesses or individuals or the content of their resources. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions,

products, services, or content of any third parties. You should carefully review the legal statements and other conditions of use of any resource that you access through

a link on the Website. Your linking to any other off-site resources is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property Rights
This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by Trusted Truck Transport LLC or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property remain solely with Trusted Truck Transport LLC. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Website and Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Trusted Truck Transport LLC or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Website and Services may be the trademarks of third parties. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of Trusted Truck Transport LLC or third-party trademarks.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Trusted Truck Transport LLC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence, or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Trusted Truck Transport LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of one hundred dollars (USD \$100) or the amounts actually paid in cash by you to Trusted Truck Transport

LLC for the one-month period immediately preceding the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy

does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.

Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. An updated version of this Agreement is effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website

and Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your consent to those changes.

Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute arising from your use of the Website or Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to

its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.

Acceptance of These Terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you agree to be bound

by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
