Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund guidelines for services provided by Trusted Truck Transport LLC ("we", "us", or "our") to our customers ("you" or "your").

How to Request a Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be submitted to our dispatch team directly. To ensure your request is timestamped and processed accurately, please email your cancellation notice to accounting@trustedtrucking.com or call us at +1 (855) 468-8881.

To maintain our schedule and compensate drivers, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all services:

​

  • More than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel a service more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up, there are no cancellation fees. Any pre-payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up will be subject to a strictly enforced $150 cancellation fee. The remaining balance of any pre-payment will be refunded to your original payment method minus this fee.

  • After Dispatch: Cancellations made after a driver has already been dispatched to the pick-up location will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. The remaining balance of any pre-payment will be refunded to your original payment method minus this fee.

 

Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end, but please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
